In 2024, David led all agents on Bald Head Island in transactions as well as at Intracoastal Realty with 11 offices in three counties awarding him the Agent of the Year.  More than closing transactions, David focuses on building lasting relationships and helping clients determine whether Bald Head Island is the right fit for them.

David’s life has always been defined by service.  He volunteered for 22 years as an EMT First Responder, 6 years on the Fire and Rescue Commission of North Carolina and Rotary International for 30 years. David lives by Rotary’s motto: “Service Above Self”. He continues to serve his community through volunteer work with the Village government and the Bald Head Association.

David holds degree in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from ASU as well as several advanced professional designations, including Guild Elite membership with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, reflecting his commitment to excellence in luxury real estate.
